Welcome to My Creative World

Hi, I’m Yani B.—a writer, filmmaker, and multi-faceted creative passionate about storytelling in all its forms. Whether through the written word, film, digital design, or handcrafted jewelry, I believe in the power of creativity to inspire, connect, and transform. My portfolio is a reflection of my journey—where essays and short stories lead to blogs that uncover beauty and travel gems, where films capture untold narratives, and where every project is a piece of my ever-evolving artistry. So, what’s next?

This year, I am in the works of publishing my first book, Conversations with my Uncle, which is a memoir that shares my journey, challenges, and achievements all though the lenses of having insight and guidance from my uncle, Bouj.

Next, I am going to direct my first music video with an amazing rap artist, Jahsamir. This video is going to showcase his journey and relationship with God.

Lastly, I have more goals set out for this year but my most important one is keeping God at the center of everything I do. By keeping God in mind and heart, I can honestly say that my confidence has increased, my appreciation and love for the world has blossomed, and my creative vision has enhanced in ways I haven’t imagined.

So, if you like what you see, join me on my spontaneous yet creative journey.
