3. Reporting Infringement

Creative Rights & Client Work Policy

1. Ownership of Client Work

Projects created for clients—including website designs, branding, video projects, written works, and graphics—remain the property of Yani Barrow until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights may be transferred as agreed upon in the contract.

Yani Barrow retains the right to showcase completed projects in this portfolio unless a prior written request is made to exclude them.

2. Revisions & Edits

  • All projects include a set number of revisions as agreed upon in the project contract.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra fees.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Yani Barrow, depending on work completed.

Film & Video Content Policy

1. Originality & Usage

All film and video projects showcased on this website are original works created by Yani Barrow. No video or film content may be downloaded, embedded, copied, or altered without express written permission.

2. Collaborative Projects

If a project was created in collaboration with another brand, studio, or client, their intellectual property rights will be properly credited and respected. Any disputes regarding usage should be directed to barrowniya@gmail.com
